In anticipation of hosting future World Cup events, the Convention Center is slated for a significant overhaul, transforming into a family-oriented recreational destination—a respite from the region's high daytime temperatures. Given a short timeframe, ANNEX DESIGN swiftly undertook the task of delivering a comprehensive concept design package. This package aims to showcase and advocate the proposed vision while securing the upcoming 25-year lease for the space.
