Severance, situated in the agricultural heartland of north-central Colorado, stands as a statutory town. An investment consortium is poised to develop around 100 acres within the city limits, focusing on a mixed-use concept encompassing residential and retail spaces. To address this endeavor, ANNEX DESIGN has partnered with F9 Productions to craft a comprehensive master plan, along with the architectural design for all infill aspects. The city's stipulations necessitated preliminary visual materials, crucial for securing the elected board's approval.
